Selecting the Expo.Comp./AEB menu item and press SET
Rotate the Main Dial changes the AEB amount.
Press SET again to apply the setting.
On cameras that have a Quick Control Button ( [Q] ), such as the 700D, auto exposure bracketing can also be configured as follows:

Pressing the [Q] button.
Navigate to the exposure meter (Exposure comp. / AEB setting) box using the arrow keys.
Rotate the Main Dial to change the bracketing amount.
Press SET or half press the shutter release to accept the setting
To disable Auto Exposure bracketing repeat the above procedures except turn the dial until the bracketing indicators are gone. Alternatively, power cycling the camera will clear the AEB settings.
